Hill sharp throwing. Hill solid running. RBs hit and miss running but great catching passes in the backfield. We have some decent receivers.

Very impressed so far. Taysom looks impressive to say the least. Our run defense is definitely concerning to me though, especially when we play a team with a great rushing attack.

Defense locked down once UConn got down in the red zone.

Not too bad considering 5to 6 starters didn't even suit up

Man, we miss having Williams in there.

Kicking sucks. Cost us 3. Algie Brown pass drop and fumble probably cost us 7. I think they are holding back to make my predicted score hold up.

Uconn's tried a a fake field goal any chance they would try an onside kick?

If BYU holds on to win, and they should, this is the perfect scenario for an opening game win. We won, but we played really sloppy. Gives the coaches plenty to harp on during the week and keeps BYU humble. Lots of good happening in this game but tons of sloppy play that needs cleaned up before we go and play a much better Texas team next week.

The refs are going to have to ice their shoulders after this game.

BYU giving up way too many passing yards.

Another penalty killing big plays. That is at least 3 this game. Leavitt gave back the interception.

do we have more penalty yards than offensive yards yet?

Going to be a LONG LONG season if this is any indication of how we are going to play
