Drew Phillips reports he's gone.

My insinuation was that drew may have kept this from his family and then intercepted the letter that ' never arrived'. I don't know anything of course, just trying to connect dots/

I agree. I am going to refrain from having an opinion on this given the sensitive nature. I feel bad for drew whether this is all h is fault or not. Can't be an easy time. It is just stupid to speculate without all the information. It is a shame to lose him. I HIGHLY doubt he comes back. I am holding out zero hope and it is sad how crappy i feel about losing him.

Latest on this is that Drew is transferring to a JC in East Mississippi, and that the door is not closed for him to return to BYU. Told that TH called the family and things are in a better place on that end. Hearing that Drew and family will be in the stands at the Ole Miss game cheering BYU on, so if anyone here is going, you might want to look for him.

Very good news. Hopefully Drew turns things around, and gets back to BYU soon.

Drew, check out Chambers. It is possible and I dont think your hill would be as steep. We're all cheering for you whatever happens.

drew is not in chambers' situation where he only had one year left. Drew is talented and after killing it in the jc ranks will have offers to other bcs programs. that is why we will not come back to byu.



now if we go spank ole miss and spank texas and have a phenomenal year then he may still want to come back. as lawboy said his brother has said there is still a chance, although small that he could come back. he said there has been a lot of support from byu fans and the administration in trying to get him to come back and that they have appreciated that.

Played at College of the Canyons JC. Heard he will play at Akron University this year.
