Legitimate source?

How good of a source is espn700shep? He keeps talking like he knows what's going on with BYU and the B12, but I'm just wondering if he really is a legitimate source. I don't care what BYU does at this point, I just want to know what's happening!

He's a host on am 700 (it's a ute station, but he's a BYU guy). He's a good dude, but I don't feel like he's any more plugged in than anyone else.

I don't know if he knows anything, but he does seem to have a good ability to sort through a ton of tweets regarding conference realignment and is trying to gain a consensus of most of the people and other media markets think is going on.
