I've also got to give MAD props to the fans. That place was electric last night before the game. And all those white pom-poms looked AWESOME!

I thought it was the best LES has ever looked.

Agree. You could tell that people were wearing blue. It doesn't pop like Ute red, but the white pom poms really helped.

Agree as well. That's one reason I kind of wish we would go back to the royal blue. It pops more than the navy which is just kind of drowned into the other colors. The white pom poms looked awesome.



I really enjoyed the pre-game environment as well. I think whoever is in charge is making the game day atmosphere more exciting is nailing it on the head. Music selection, fireworks, etc. The gorgeous weather also helps.



No joke, I've seen a lot of football stadiums, but LES is right at or near the top of the "Most Beautiful" list. Especially evening games. And when the leaves start changing colors on the mountains--ain't nothing like it in all of college football.

I didn't see a single fan NOT wearing blue.



I was really impressed with the crowd.

I also wanted to thank all the Ute fans who chose to wear their black game gear Saturday. Once the sun went down, they all looked navy as well. :whistle:
