I have been thoroughly disappointed by this year's team. I'm sure ESPN is loving that 8 year contract right now. I can't believe I bought into the hype that the team was clicking at the end of last year and we were going to dominate this year. It turns out, we are just better than the crappy MWC teams we played and can't beat the better teams. I guess we should dominate our WAC schedule though, yippee...
A few questions:
1)I really believe that Heaps has some talent. I also think that he is too cocky which is leading to his demise. He plays very nonchalant, with very little hustle, and I think he is scared to get hit. He needs a chip on his shoulder, he need to get some fire in his eye. Does he feel entitled to the starting position. Do you need to sit him and make him earn back his spot?
2) Is Corby Eason our best option at corner? I see him getting beat or missing assignments every play. He is costing us.
3) What is going on with Terrance Brown? He had no problems last year, what changed?
4) Where did our 3 headed monster go of Kairya, Di Luigi, and Juice? I felt this was going to be a consistent feature in our offense.
Watching this game made me sick, depressed, and embarrassed. This is not BYU football. Please make the necessary changes to make us competitive.
