Problem with the Offspring song is it doesn't have any pretty piano and isn't a song where the disengaged female fan suddenly perks up, turns to her quasi boyfriend and says, "Oh I love this song!" and starts to sing getting all googily eyed with her date. After the game, her favorite part of the game was when the hole stadium sang "Don't Stop Believing" and her almost boyfriend put his arm around her, thus becoming her boyfriend and potential fiancée.

(My wife bought us sports passes while we dated, and later when we were married, and it was all I could do to not strap C4 to my chest in the hopes of maybe taking out at least a few of the pink hoodie, non stop talking morons!)

It was funny, everytime that song came on, all the jerkface pink hoodie wearers would instantly shut up and scream at the top of their lungs. It was like the mormon equivalent of an irish drinking song.

**No matter what song they put up there will always be people that complain about it. Take the highlight videos by furious monkey for example, every time one of those is posted somebody complains about the choice in music. Every time, without fail.

(Although their name is misinterpreted by most people. Most people think it means, smacking god, or wanting to smack down god. Their name actually *just* means "sex." It comes from an old Alice and Chains song, that says that "that thing" is so good, it would be like smack for the gods.)



Which doesn't make it a great name, I know. Just not as bad as some people think ;)
