New QB coach?

My sources are telling me that we could see a drastic mid-season change with the coaching staff again. We could be bringing in a QB coach fairly soon, to lighten the load on Doman, he feels that it trying to play both roles is costing him dearly in his game preparation.



Ok, so there is no source, the source is my mind. Just wondering what you guys think? I'm not saying that Doman can't do it, because there are many coaches that do hold both positions. I'd like to see Detmer come in. Maybe we could bring in Max Hall and with his over-aggressive nature combined with Heaps Tentative nature we would have the perfect QB.

Interesting thought. We know the TE's were not getting enough coaching from Anae.

So what coach gets let go to open a coaching spot?

This. Limited # of coaches allowed, and he have our slots filled. Who gets canned to allow this?



By the way, many schools have the OC also be QB coach, since ey already work with them so much.



People need to give it time. Jake getting better at his reads and being more aggressive down the field will make Doman look much better. Jake needs to improve first.

Not going to happen. Doman will get it worked out. Hopefully for this coming weekend.

Maybe since Rob Morris is listed as an Offensive Grad Asst, he could teach Jake how to tackle or at least get tough. Maybe we who were around could dig out our Rob Morris train whistles to spur on the Offense! ;-)

Hmmm...or maybe since Jimmer doesn't have anything to do right now he could have Jake come down to the local chapel and run Jake through a couple of gauntlet drills. Rob Morris could be the guy coming out of the doors.

I have my Rob Morris whistle on a shelf next to my Domanator and Tysmein posters on my blue and white wall in my bedroom in my parents basement. This was more of a TIC thread people, just trying to lighten the mood, hence my source was my own mind. I think Doman will be great at holding both positions. Bronco can be HC & DC; Doman can be OC and QB coach. Go cougs!
