Spiritual gifts. Gifts of the Spirit. Gifts of prophecy, faith, healing, miracles etc...



Anyone ever put any thought into these scriptures?



Anyone feel like adding something of their "knowledge" regarding this? Like a cool story or experience for our modern time?

The scariest part of these scriptures is Moroni's indictment of society when these things are gone. It means we have no faith. So um...start looking? lol



I do believe these gifts are present today, but not publicized like they may have been in New Testament times. So I think most families will have stories of things that happened within that would not stand up in court, but strengthen the belief of those who know. In this day and age of photoshop, special effects, and disbelief, it wouldn't do to share.



I don't think internet forums are a place to share sacred events but I believe our family has seen faith promoting gifts of the spirit from time to time.

I agree with CougarClaw. I think these events are real, happening today, and kept private (for good reason).
