Interesting Ole Miss stat

For as bad and out of sync that BYU looked in the first half, etc., BYU had only one 3 and out the whole game. Just one. Ole MIss had 2.

For Texas, we need to keep that up, and perhaps a couple more 3 and outs.

I counted essentially four three-and-outs for Ole Miss.

They went for it on 4th down at the end of the game, so technically this wasn't a three-and-out. And I guess they did fumble on 2nd down on their opening drives, so that technically wasn't a three-and-out either. But four sounds more impressive from a defensive standpoint.

Also the fumble for a TD. That would have been a punt had we not made that play.

Darn it!!! WHY DID WE DO THAT?!?!?!?! Don't we care about stats!!!???

Well considering the fumble for TD was on 3rd down, that is a three and out... :D
