BoiseBYU5. ESPN. Experts, well at least two of them, had Notre Lame in the BCS finals...and they all thought Georgia would take care of BSU and not one of them thought BSU's Kellen Moore is a heisman candidate. Bad week for the experts eh?
4. PAC 12. What a sucky conference! Their best win was Utah's 27-10 win over mighty FCS power Montana State....
3. Notre Lame The one positive out of the seasons's opening loss is that Brain Kelly can sure yell! Mother Nature tried twice to forestall another opening season loss, but even that was not enough. Fightless Irish lose
2. Ohio State. They did break a 12 game losing streak but their vicotry over Akron (home of the Acorns) wa uninspired
1. State of Oregon. First Oregon State loses to Sacramento State (Sac State team motto: we are not Sack Less we are Sac State); then Oregon gets man handled by LSU (Duck team motto: we can play worse than our uniforms look); and then Oregonians find out that the federal govt does not think that Oregon's marijuana law trumps OR's MJ laws. This last item has left the state devastated.
Honorable mention: Utah State. This school still shows us that they know how to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory! They made a bold move for the Bottom Five and are on target for entering soon!
