Anyone notice that the WCC tweeted a congratulations to BYU for its non-conference football win. The WCC seems like a class act to me.

Amen!

I have family that are big BSU fans. They were complaining about the MWC making BSU wear not all blue at home, and I told them to get used to that kind of crap... The MWC seems to love to pick on the lead dogs...it's good to leave those whiny brats behind and head to a good conference!

Does that rule apply for conference play or OOC as well? People here on the east coast said a new rule stated that BSU couldn't wear blue anymore. I'm wondering where the rule came from.

My understanding is that it's a MWC rule and was a part of them joining the conference. That should me they are free to wear all-blue at home non-conference games.

A similar rule is in the SEC, where conference rules LSU is allowed to wear white at home in conference games. For home non-conference games, LSU needs permission from the opponent, so every once in a while, you'll see LSU in purple.
