Can't help enjoy seeing TCU go down although in the long run its probably not good did BYUs SOS.

I enjoyed it. Nice not having to cheer for mwc teams this year.

I definitely enjoyed it.



I was surprised to see TCU's defense playing so poorly. Getting beat deep, missing tackles, getting pushed around, not assignment sound, not what we've come to expect from a Gary Patterson defense

I've always admired how TCU was so competative with as such a small school. Their QB has some grit. Fun to watch Patterson tie his shoe laces. Nonetheless, I did get some satisfaction looking at their fan's faces at the end of that one. Honestly, with all that they lost last year, I was confused at their #14 ranking. Those pre-season rankings are about as reliable as a box of chocolates. They really should wait three weeks before publishing any rankings.



Can't wait to see Heaps exploit that secondary with Apo and Hoffman. Hope all the cougs are well hydrated and stretched out tomorrow. Maybe they should just give them all a couple bags of I.V. fluids around noon tomorrow and again at half time. With any luck the Ole Miss guys went out drinking tonight.

I really dislike Gary Patterson, and I'm not entirely sure what it is about him... Granted he has said some hateful stuff about byu as a program, but besides that he just comes off as a Cocky moron... I really like to see that guy lose. It was nice rooting for Wisconsin last year in the Rose Bowl, but I'm deeply sad they couldn't of pulled it off. Although for TCU to get beat by Baylor might of been worst for them and better for me.

I was rooting for TCU. I respect what they've been able to do without BCS money. But I wasn't heartbroken to see them lose.

I was happy to see them go down. In the Pick 'em thread, I picked Baylor. :D

I really enjoyed watching that. Particularly the reactions of the TCU fans. Nothing personal against them, I just dislike the attitude fanbases develop when their team goes long enough without losing. (On an unrelated note, a big chunk of my family are BSU fans...)

Baylor is also extremely underrated this year.....this was a trap game for a TCU team that was inexcusably overrated given the number of key components they were replacing.

That's one of the best things about week 1: overrated posers get exposed and teams in the middle of the pack get a chance to warmup.

TCU will still get plenty of wins. Having Baylor pick up an extra win could help our SOS more.
