definitely worth the read especially if he's right.



most of the BYU stuff is toward the bottom including these few key blurbs:



"At most, it would join the Big 12 in a football-only capacity – but I don’t expect that to happen, either."



"*** The Big 12’s pursuit of Notre Dame, Arkansas and BYU is mostly a smoke screen – a chance for commissioner Dan Beebe to show he’s being proactive."



"It’s extremely unlikely that BYU would pull its teams out of the WCC."

My sources are saying that in the next hours all the "insiders" well be reporting their sources are saying BYU to the Big XII in football only. [/tic]

I didn't want to say anything about this until it was confirmed for me. My sources are saying BYU will NOT join the big 12 if there is no invitation offered!

That makes more sense than any other post I have read on the topic. LOL! :D

Honestly, Wilner doesn't know what he is talking about. He just doesn't want to be left out. I agree that the notre dame, pitt, arkansas crap is a smokescreen but including byu in that is false. Wilner wishes he was the pac12's chip brown.
