DesertCougarBack in the spring, someone started a post (I believe it was hawkwing) about the harbingers of independence...it was basically a post of things in our everyday life related to BYU sports that has changed because of independence. Well, lately there have been a few things that I have thought were appropriate for the post, but could not find the original thread. Also I thought it could give us something to do other than speculate about the Big 12 or twiddle our thumbs while waiting for Saturday.
So what big or subtle changes have you noticed that makes you crack a smile when you see or hear it?
I'll go first...even though I am sick of it now, I love that our name is easily the biggest name mentioned to fill the spot vacated by Texas A&M...and that it is used in relation to Texas and ND on a daily basis now. Never happened that much before.
