Didn't they just have baby #2? If so, that would definitely be a legitimate reason for being away (in the team's eyes as well as ours). Still, wouldn't help his depth-chart prospects much (priorities, priorities).

The development of leaving the team - for a 2nd time - it does not bode well. I hope it's not too serious for Harvey & his family.
