This is the best I have seen. Two substories it links to are the most interesting to me. In discussion damages of a&m leaving they refer to the first tier espn deal and the second tier fox deal.



Then they link to a source who states that espn and fox (whether true or not is up for debate but it makes sense that it would be true) will keep those in place if they get a suitable replacement.



obviously espn thinks byu is a suitable replacement.



One of the articles also states that Beebe is pursuing expansion. If A&m leaves and only A&M (not missouri as well), I think it is highly likely that byu gets an invite.



i am torn on the issue of going but i think i would accept the invite if it came because the benefits likely outweigh the risks with the information we currently have. it is a less risky move to accept the invite than to see how independence goes. i am not so sure that byu accepts at this point though. However unless the church said no, i think holmoe takes it from what i have heard from those close to him.



on a sidenote the big 12 is crazy to not go back to 12. beebe is wrong to not push him members back to 12.
