Training Camp trends

I haven't seen any footage or attended any of the open practices as I am in Texas.



But it seems like the offense- especially the 1st team offense was having it way for the first 3 or 4 days. But for the last two the defense seems to have the upper hand.



Anybody have any theory's as to why?



New secondary getting their act together?



A new defensive look the offense hasn't adjusted to yet?



Something else?

Hitting. Defense is now allowed to hit.

Depends on what you read. In some sessions, the O line exerts itself. In others, the D gets it done. TO be honest, this is what I want to hear from a balanced team. If the O always dominates, it is cause for concern. BY all accounts, the O looks solid and spectacular at imes. So if the D meets that level, that is a great sign.

I have heard the rule of thumb that usually defense is ahead of the offense in training camp. But yea hitting might be biggest difference.
