Stout redshirting

According to the new TBS article, Stoud will be sitting out this year because of injury issues. That is a surprise to me but I am okay with it given the logjam at linebacker right now.

Good good. Barring serious injuries, he was not needed this year. Let him get healthy and stronger so we can benefit for in 2012+.

Reading that I am struck by the outrageous amount of talent BYU has a linebacker. That cupboard is full.

I'm glad Stout will get healthy. Its reassuring to know the Cougs are so stacked @ LB that Stout can redshirt - and the LB corps not skip a beat. Very nice situation.

I'm cheering on all of our players BUT I'm especially cheering on Ezekial Ansah! A freak of Nature! I hope he can learn the system so he can show the world his amazing athletic abilities.
