What about an Independence Trophy

Currently have ND, Y, Navy and Army as Independents. Why not have these teams scheduled every year and develop something similar to the Commander in Chief Trophy for military academies? We already have 6-game series with ND through 2020. Furthermore, if TX or others with own TV broadcast ability, could see future Independent teams join in the party if BYU successful.
