No mention of Kyle V. No mention of tight end question marks. Affects credibility. Their opinion of Jacobsen and JJ, a couple of players I like, are higher than the avg BYU fan posting.

Am I the only one surprised that they say JJ is projected as a draft pick?



I love JJ but I would be a little surprised if he went pro. I am not knocking the guy. It is not an insult to say that someone was a good starting RB, but not NFL material. CBS lists him as the 48th RB prospect for 2012.



I love Kariya too, but I don't see him going pro either.

I haven't researched this, but I highly doubt 48 RBs get drafted in your average 7 round draft, so I'm thinking CBS also doesn't think he'll be playing in the NFL

Your guess is just a "little" bit off--last year there were 28 RBs drafted, which is the most since 30 were taken in 1998. The average is probably around 22 or so.

I remind Hawking that Tahi, Vakapuna, Tonga and Unga are all in NFL.

None of which are currently on the BYU roster, which is what I meant in my previous post. I don't think any of our current running backs will play in the NFL. And like Isola said, it's not a knock on any of our guys. They are each solid guys with good skill sets, definitely great college backs. I just don't see any single one of them as being NFL material.

I think Juice will walk on somewhere, if not get drafted.
