Is it really called a mullet even if he CAN'T grow hair on the top of his head? I thought a mullet was a flat top on top and long hair in back. :whistle:

A mullet definition has been changed, a mullet is now just long hair down the back. A flat top with a mullet is generally known as a crew cut, however a long in the back with nothing on top or little hair on top is known as a skullet
