Sounds like the security guys need a brush up on players. Probably did not help if Beck rolled into camp in a Mormom Assault Vehicle aka minivan...

I think it is a good sign. The security didn't recognize Heaps at LES last year, and now Heaps is ... well, you know.

I saw and talked with John just over a week ago in American Fork. He was very positive, in good spirits, and seemed genuinely pleased with his situation. He acknowledged that the NFL is a job and he is making a living and also that things can just be crazy and there are no guarantees, but that he felt good about his situation and liked his chances come fall.

Has Rex Grossman re-signed with the Redskins. Any other rumors about veteran QB's being picked up by the Redskins: Brunell, Cobb, etc? It'd be nice if Beck was the starter and there wasn't anyone they'd replace him with after a couple of games.

Rumor that Kolb was traded to them.

Kola has been traded to the AZ Cardinals and will most likely be penciled in as their opening day starter. McNabb is now with MN Vikings. The job is Beck's to lose as Grosman is his competition.

This puts John in a good place, it was sad his shot as a starter was so early in his career and so short lived.



I just hope they give him some weapons to throw to cause nobody could be successful in that offense. One analyst stated that "the Redskins wouldn't even be stopped at airport security the offensive weapons they are packing."
