Ute smack talk.

Is it me or has the Ute smack talk started a little early this year? Is it cuz they are so awesome?...... or is it cuz they know Sept 17th is coming?

It's because they have a parade anytime someone sneezes, and it makes them cocky every time there's another one.

Bronco's "I"m not convinced the better team won the game" comment got them going too...

This is why I like the idea of playing the Utes every year. It will keep their insufferable yaps shut. We don't need the game for SOS, we just need it for sanity to reign along the Wasatch.

Bronco pwns Ute fans. The man can not order from McDonalds or drop a duece without Ute fans weighing in on it. Seriously, they all have this major thing for Bronco, and I find it really amusing. He is in all of their heads.

My mind just went blank as to who wrote the article, but the one where he made 25 predictions for BYU and utah he said that, in the next 5 years, BYU would win as many Pac-10 championships in all sports as :utard: .

This is one of the best (and truest) comments I've ever read.

I wonder if they will develop a Pac 12 rival? They might be surprised at how those Pac 12 fans can get right in the mud with them. That bad fumble call in last years game would have been a much bigger issue with any other team. Remember the Jake Locker's celebration call? That in no way was as big a deal as the botched fumble, but wow did it get the Husky fans all riled up. Well, I for one am looking forward to making the trip to Provo 9-17. Just need to come up with a good sign.

:utard: fans are the epitome of hipocritical! How often have we heard them disparage the BCS because of they way it's set up so that programs like BYU and (formerly) Utah could never taste the national championship? How often did they decry the BCS for its unfairness, and call for its destruction?



Now all :utard: fan can talk about is how great and glorious the BCS is, now that they've been invited to the table. Now when they mention the BCS they say "we" as if they're now something greater. Take for example the historic Hedgehog, a known :utard: troll from the D-News comment boards regarding BYU's 1984 national championship.

Actually it is. The BCS was created so this would never happen again. Don't be naive to think that the BCS will do everything it it's power to discriminate against the Y. They(we) have no interest in bYu ever being in a BCS game....no matter who you play or what the record is.

I find that the secret to happiness is not reading the comments on Utah-based newspapers.

Ya I made the mistake of reading the comments after the BYU booster article in the SLtrib. Some Ute fan was taking umbrage with the notion that BYU does not violate NCAA rules when in fact it "stole" a victory from SDSU with a bad fumble call. I'm glad that I live in Washington. I'd want to smack a Ute fan just to see if I could get some neurons connected.
