Congrats Jimmer!

WOuld have been a crime if Jimmer didn't win college athlete of the year. He captivated the whole country. I was at a country club on the 4th of July at the pool. Some little kids were shooting a basketball across the pool to the poolside basket. One kid finally makes the shot, and he yells "that's Jimmer range right there!!" I don't think they were LDS because the dad was drinking and had a cigar.

Jimmer needs to hire a speech coach for a few weeks to help clean up all his umms and ahhs.

Sure does. I notice those kinds of things a lot and I had been saying that to my wife for some time. I watched the FB players at media day this week and they all seemed to have a much better time at speaking. I just can't imagine someone hasn't said something to Jimmer already. He sounds very unprofessional.

This seems to be a common criticism lately, and I think it's kind of odd. I can't think of many NBA players who have wowed me with their eloquence.

There are some General Authorities who would do well to hire a speech coach too. For the amount of public speaking they do, some are remarkably poor.

Moses & Enoch had the same problem - GREAT PROPHETS - lousy public speakers.

If I had the choice of shooting like Fredette or speaking better it would take me all of a split second to come up with it.

His play does all the talking that needs to be done.
