This is hte type of new training that kids are getting now, and geting it earlier. Ryker Matthews was doing StrongMan training his last year and a half in HS as well, and he came in ready to go Day 1. Utah HS football is getting better because kids are getting bigger and stronger earlier, and it shows with the number of recruits coming out of the state. Now if we can just figure out how to get them faster....
