Favorite Jimmer Shot

We all remember the half-time 3 against Utah, but what other shots do you remember from the Jimmer.



I've got two that stick out off the top of my head. The first one was in the Wyoming game at home this year. The turnaround 3 from the left angle. I remember watching that in real time, and I was like "No, he didn't just do that."



The second one that comes to mind is actually from the Utah game, but it was the driving layup where he comes across the lane goes right at their big man and switches hands in the air for a left handed layup. That play really showed his athleticism.



What other shot's do you guys think of when you look back?

The double cross-over three against SDSU when being guarded by Billy White.

Three really deep threes...One vs CSU in the middle of the court, one vs TCU (the defender was a couple feet away and thought Jimmer was too far out to shoot and then Jimmer pulled the trigger and hit it) and the third vs UNLV close to the "V".



You can't forget about the 3 he made in the face of the Gonzaga defender (you know the one that made the cover of SI). Also the 3 he made vs Florida the first time when he had I think Tyus on him and was deep out on the wing drifting toward the corner and hit it in the defender's face. It was either in OT or near the end of regulation.



Oh the the game winning shot vs St. Mary's.



There's just so many great shots!

Nothing beats shots that win games. It take extra confidence and skill and concentration. I remember the St Mary's game, we are down by 1 with 10 seconds left. The defender backs up just a little and Jimmer immediately drains a 3 pointer to win the game.

I might be a stick in the mud, but my favorite "Jimmer shot" was when he went up to dunk the ball and the rim blocked him successfully. I laugh about that every time I think about it. It helps me realize that he is almost human as I am, though he is still a demi-god.

Half court shot against Utah was a classic, but my favorite is when he breaks Billy White's ankles not once but two times and then drains it. Sick.

The next one will always be my favorite.

He hit more important shots since, but that was the day that JimmerMania was born.

The three from "Marriott" vs TCU. The defender looks at the coach like "Should I guard him out there?" and the coach just shruggs. Classic.



It's the shot that birthed a thousands T-shirts "Yeah, he shot from there!"

Best part of this shot, watch the SDSU bench when he does it. They start busting up.

Was there a video clip attached that shows this classic? I must have missed this just like Billy White :-)
