Cavs get the first, Wolves 2nd, ANd the Jazz get the 3rd and 12th picks.



Please dont take Jimmer. I like him and hope too much for him to become wasted at utah. Great for fans and ticket selling, but that club is too messy.

If the Jazz think people in Utah will come see Jimmer on the Jazz if the Jazz stink and don't win games, the organization is sorely mistaken.



Fans in Utah come out and see winners (RSL, BYU football & bball, Utes football). They don't turn out to watch losers (Jazz at the end of the year, RSL - the early years, Utes bball).



The Jazz should only take Jimmer if they think he makes their team better, not to sell tickets.

Greg Miller has already said that. He said that they will take the best player available for each pick. He noted that the novelty of a pick like that wears off quickly if the team doesn't win. However, if the player is rated on their board high enough and he can help the team, they would pick him. After not renewing Korver's contract and picking up an aging Raja Bell, the three point shot was almost nonexistant last year. I don't think there is a better pure shooter in the draft than Jimmer. But there is more to playing in the NBA than shooting. However, pure shooters are hard to come by. Hornacek was not the quickest or fastest guy around, and he did OK. Don't overlook heart and basketball IQ. I think JImmer is high on both of those as well. And he can make a freaking free throw, something many of these GREAT athletes can't do...

I do like the fact that a possible top 3 pick lost to BYU by a combined 60 points (more or less) in 2 games.
