Drop Beanbags

Who the heck is Beanbags and why does he keep showing up on the twitter part of CougarCorner? When I come to this site, I first read the tweets, then the headlines, then the commentary and posts. I don't think I've ever read any comment by Beanbags that was worth glancing at and I'm wondering what value he has. What does it take to ban his tweets from showing up and adding clutter to an otherwise nice little part of The Corner?

I'm not so against his posts, except they are usually about general support. I'd be ok with a system that loaded up tweets about BYU, and filtered out pro sports or anything not to do with the cougars...

My problem with Ben Bagley is that he's 1320's Ute insider, and rarely has much to say about BYU in any fashion. It seems that most of his posts are Ute, PAC-10.2, or NBA related.

Actually I thought he covered Jimmer very positively and frequently during the basketball season. But yes, he is the Ute Insider, and sometimes a tool.

He is a Utah State grad, just like Scott Gerrard, so you have to understand coming in. WIth that in mind, easier to understand where they come from.

as long as we're on the topic of cougarcorner tweet updates, I almost hate to bring this up, but someone has to say it...BYUdeepthrowt....that guy did not think it through all the way when he came up with that name.

He's just keeping it real. Nixon-era real. Personally I like the name. I wouldn't wear it on a nametag in the bay area, but it works.

I hate the Jazz, utah, SLC-based sports radio, or anything not associated with BYU. Dump them all I say. Especially, SLC radio, if utah was horrendous in every sport (often comes close) and BYU is best at everything (often comes close) SLC radio would still have their heads up their own yewt. I don't want to see their small twitters.
