Funny blurb on Utah's non-impact on the PAC

I'd put Colorado and Utah above what Washington State or Oregon State bring to the table. Perhaps even UArizona. So not sure they are bottom 2, but definitely bottom 4. But hey, they got that Conf title game.

Remember when the WAC had one? That was fun.

CU at least carries most of its own state. CU-CSU is like Ohio St-Youngstown State.
