Last week, The Tribune reported that Rose was drawing interest from several power-conference schools, including Oklahoma, North Carolina State and Missouri. Rose, a member of Houstonâs famed Phi Slamma Jamma teams in the early 1980s, told those three schools he was not interested and also turned down overtures from the University of Utah.

LOL Basically saying the PAC-0 of course is not a "power conference" (or school) and rightly so. :P
