Krysko to Coach the Utes

Kryskoviak just announced by KSL. Good luck in the PAC-10 with a near empty shelf.

Krysko :lol: :lol: Didn't take long for a nickname.



This hire doesn't put ANY fear or worry in Cougar Nation. Can't wait for continued dominance.





Soon Krysko and Kryle will become "The Krying Bros."

His longest tenure at any place is 2 years. The guy is an absolute joke. Boylen is seriously a better coach than he.

I hope Chris Hill never comes to the realization that his insistence on hiring coaches who have some tenure with the Milwaukee Bucks might not be a key to success.

Apparently that was already his nickname. BUt it does happen to match well with Kryle.

Maybe its spelled Krystko, but as I have heard it pronounced, it is just like "Crisco."

He might need some 'greasing' when he figures out that the Ute train is off the tracks and rusty.

Did they give him a 5 year contract with no firing or buy-out contract so the Yewts can be paying 3 ex coaches at once? :evil:

Utah's football AD is okay, but their basketball AD is HORRIBLE.

This hire reminds me of the Jeff Bzdelik hire by Wake Forest. They both have funny names and are coaches with no substantial record of success on either the NCAA or NBA level. But HEY... they have coached in the NBA so they must be good, right?

Just wanted to see if anyone else had this reaction listening to the press conference.

So Dr. (Genius) Chris Hill introduces Krystkowiak as and at least 2 other times refers to him as "Coach K". As a sports fan and as a reflex action I almost had a "facepalm" moment. You introduce a guy that hasn't coached a single game for you and you try and give him a nickname that associates him with the greatest living college basketball coach??? So I almost "facepalm" myself, then realize it's the Utes and so it just makes me smile to see such a boneheaded move.
