Michael Alisa - FB - Good move??

You guys think Michael Alisa moving to Full Back is a good move?? I do and depending on how much weight he's put on, or will be able to, he could be awesome at FB. What do you guys think?? Can't be worse than Zed Mendenhall

We need depth at FB. IF he is willing to block, catch an occasional pass, and run it 2-3 times per game, sounds perfect.

Exactly, plus I am sure that he wants to see the field first and foremost and with JJ, Kariya, Drew, and Juice he sees the writing on the locker room wall, and FB is his best option.

To me most important is his insistance that he prefers playing FB to LB.

I could see this guy being a real weapon out of the back field on those same pass plays for Hague last year.

BYU is one of those schools where if recruits want to change sides once, twice, or three times they can do it. But BYUs willingness to be flexible with talent should be a strength, not a weakness. Finally they are doing it with the right coaching personnel. Someone mentioned 'passive-aggressive' which is spot on with past coaching methods. Now it's 'authoritative-aggressive' which means flexible and eager, can't wait.
