What do the Mountain West & the Big East have in common?

It looks like they are both sending 2 teams to the Sweet 16.



Pretty weak for a league that got 11 team in the Dance.

The next time Kansas plays a single digit team may be in the Final Four.

And the only reason the Big Least has 2 teams is that four met up in the 3d round meaning someone had win. 2 is the absolute minimum number they could have. Had they played some of the better teams in the third round instead of each other, there likely would be none.



Smoke on that NCAA Committee.

Oh, and the Big Least is exposed to be just as bad a basketball conference as they are a football conference, which has half as many teams. Talking about reaching ultimate suckitude.

Doesn't the ACC have 3 and the Big10 have 2? Duke, North Carolina and Florida St are in from the ACC. Not bad for a down year. And only Wisconsin and Ohio State made it from the Big 10.

You guys should have heard Gotte-dweeb today before the games: "Well sure, the MWC has two teams in, but a two and three seed are supposed to go to the sweet sixteen."

-But what about the Big East, they look like they may only get three (make that two, now) teams into the sweet sixteen?

"Yeah, well two of them play each other, and it's about match ups, seedings, blah blah blah" What a douche! I seriously hate this guy more and more whenever I hear him (or see him, for that matter, he resembles a weasel in both appearance and personality).

Yeah, BYU has played more/as many games and has a better record against Sweet 16 teams than U-Conn (2-1) or Marquette (1-3).

What do the Mountain West & the Big East have in common? Next year both will suck at football.

MWC won't suck next year. It'll be okay in 2011 as TCU and Boise can carry it. It's 2012 when TCU leaves for the Big East that the MWC becomes the WAC 3.0
