One of my friends had this on their facebook page. Thought it was a good read. I don't know who it's directed at, franchuk? monson? Who knows, I don't read either of their stuff. But it made some good points and I agree with it for the most part.

Great read. It doesn't seem to matter how well an argument is made, however. I can't believe the ignorant comments made to such a well-thought out post.



Only one issue with the post, and that came in the last sentence "efforting". Really? Sorry, but I get annoyed by people using nouns as verbs (kind of like "architecting"). I think the word is "trying". Or perhaps "making an effort". OK - off my soapbox. :)

Not Monson. The person that the author was taking to task claimed to be a 2001 BYU grad, who wanted to remain anonymous. Could be Franchuk. Anyone know when he graduated? Could be another.



PS Deadspin is the tabloids of sports reporting, so the fact they allowed an Anonymous article is not surprising.

No wonder he wrote this letter anonymously, his writing is terrible. Very disjointed, repetitive and informal. Also, he his very poorly informed about BYU and the HC for someone who went there.
