Predictions for remainder of season

BYU eeks out a win against the Pokes.

Then beats them again in the vegas tourney.

BYU loses in second round of Vegas Tourney to CSU or UNM or UNLV.

BYU drops to a 4 or 5 seed.

BYU wins first game of the ncaa.

BYU loses second game. JImmer breaks his ankle trying to create points bc his teammates have all given up. Jimmer drops to 2nd round draft pick.



Dave Rose takes big money somewhere else because

1. he hated the move to the WCC and

2. He refuses to be hamstrung by the HC Office any longer



Brandon Davies transfers for the abysmal handling by the HC office and fans disdain for his choices and for his unconsolable mood for betraying his team and his Honor.



Incoming super recruit transfers also without penalty because of the collapse of BYU's bball program and coach transfer.



Nick Emery writes off BYU for Utah.



And to complete the Epic meltdown, The Brethren cancel the sports program at BYU.



What the heck, I figured if we can all consider the worse case scenario and still live, its uphill from there. :-)

Gonna be interesting to see how much more pessimistic you can get if the rumors about HC things coming down the football pipeline are true.

Is that why Brandon Doman looked so stressed out tonight at the game? Of course, I wouldnt think he would feel that stressed out over just the bball game. oh dear.

1st round exit as usual after being given a 5 seed. We might beat Wyoming, but we will likely only win 1 game in the MWC tourney. This is all just a sucky turn of events for BYU bball...it's hard to go through the same old same old year after year.

We scrape together a win against the pokes.



Rally to make it to the finals of the MWC tourney.



Earn ourselves a 3 seed, win the first round of the NCAA tourney, drop the 2nd game and call it a day.

Prediction: Anderson emerges as a threat at the center position, Hartsock and Rogers step up their game, Jimmer and Jackson lead the team to the final 4 and Davies returns next year and has an All American season with the experience and leadership that was developed during this time of trial. BYU beats Gonzaga in the Final Four of 2012 and a decade of WCC west coast dominance is begun.

Probably won't happen exactly like that, but it's just as likely as the original poster's prediction.

Are you smoking Cougar Crack? Starting your case with Anderson emerging? From where? He wouldnt start or play for even the worst teams in the MWC. Maybe he could play at UVU or SLCC. i'm sure he's a great kid, but c'mon.

Reread your first post, then tell me who's smoking crack. As I said, it probably won't happen but it's just as likely as your scenario.
