I prefer we win with what we got, and I prefer all students at BYU to be treated with equality.

I don't. But athletes get racked over the goals, whereas regular students get skip merrily along as if nothing happened.

I honestly don't think the HC is that difficult to keep. I had no problems with it for my years there. Same with almost everyone I knew.

Agreed. There are some minor infractions here or there. I guess it depends on what you mean by "keeping" the honor code. I certainly took some tests without shaving that day, stuff like that, but don't feel that that sort of thing would have got Davies kicked out either.
