At half BYU 38 asstecs 35





BYUs shot well, Davies has been missing his shots, but Hartsock needs the ball more. Jimmer's long 3 could've snapped their backs at the end there, but as long as we play their big guy better down low, they'll lose thanks to bad range outside. BYU needs to adjust just that 1 weakness.

Oh, I liked the announcer's mention that the camera won't show many posters. His way of letting people know SDS is as classless as utah, perhaps they'd make a good pac-12 fit.

That missed long 3 ptr. by Jimmer @ the end of the 1st Half really hurt. SDSU had a 6 pt run & closed the gap. Jimmer need to cool it on those loooong 3's. Pass & get a good shot!!

One other concern. They have to stop the fast break of sdsu. If jimmer keeps launching early 3's we will be in trouble--unless he hits them.

Watch for sdsu to speed it up and get out on the break.

Agreed - agreed! If I was Coach Rose - I would put a leash on those loooong Jimmer 3's! this game is too important. Play SMART!!! Spread it around - break the defense down.

At half time. I thought it said, BYU was 7 for 10 on three's. That's pretty dang good if I saw that correctly.

They did. But Jimmer has gone cold w/ those long bombs in the 2nd Half. Ya gotta go for the high percentage shots.

Latest run for Jimmer - he is 1 for 8.

4 Fouls on Jimmer :(

Yeaaahhhh!!! Big win!! Hostile crowd. Tough venue to win in!!! Solid.

BYU put themselves into the tough situation of having to win at #6 SDSU when they lost on the road to a bad NM team. Well today, they accomplished what they couldn't last year....win the MWC championship. This is a great team. If the team had played like that at the Mariot center it would have been a blowout. For some reason though at the Mariot center there was a lid on the basket for everyone but Fredette. Great win today. BYU is clearly the better team.

And that is why we ARE the better team.

The crowd looked good on TV. Didn't see any inappropriate stuff. Just missionary shirts and bike helmets (all good fun).



The trash throwing at the end wasn't on TV.

SDSU should consider themselves lucky that CBS didn't show their classless signs and garbage throwing, otherwise they'd be exposed for the garbage human beings that they are.
