Where's the pressure?

I really believe the pressure is on SDSU. They're the higher ranked team. They're the team at home. They're the team with fans who are about to wet themselves with excitement. They're the team people are talking about as a #1 seed.

Hmmm...higher ranking and playing at home...

definitely on SDSU. I'm feeling the pressure just because BYU is our team and I want them to show what they are on national tv but in reality they're not expected to win and SDSU is ranked higher, playing at home and they need a quality win to add to their tourney resume... pressure squarely on their shoulders. If they lose to byu at home, they'll drop in rankings and perception and therefore seeding in tourney, imo.

It's SDSU because we're expected to lose to a team at home that is rated higher than us.

SDSU, mainly because the fans will have pressure to not make fools of themselves on national TV.



SDSU BB team because they don't want to be swept by BYU and they want to validate their ranking.



Individually, Jimmer to continue to perform at his level and he knows if BYU wins and he does well it will lock up POY award for him.

It's on BYU because we lost @ New Mexico. Had we not lost @UNM we'd assure ourselves of the probability of a tie for #1 whatever we do tomorrow, now we HAVE to win, or be #2 and as any 7 year old boy will tell you - "Number two stinks!"

BYU and Jimmer. He s getting the National love, he has to prove it again on the biggest stage BYU hoops has had in decades. People will be watching him to see if he is as good as advertised. We have the pressure.
