According to this article he has almost doubled the amount of votes between him and second place Kemba Walker. 8)

I didn't even know Kemba was considered second anymore.

Because I heard he was in San Diego getting a redo on his hair implants and censuring Fisher for censuring the SuckDogState fans.

As far as I'm concerned, Jimmer's got it all but locked up. It would take something monumental from Sulley to take it from The Jimmer at this point.

A solid win at SDSU and the PoY belongs to Jimmer.

Yep, even a nice performance in a loss seals the deal.



What he can't have is a terrible game.... If he goes 3-15 or something crazy; that game could cost him all those post season top dog awards.



He cannot hold the ball like he did against CSU though; the turnovers are not attractve. The entire team needs to be involved to open the game up for Jimmer (this is why he's tended to have great 2nd halves against teams, because others score and then loosen up on Jimmer, and you can't give him daylight)



If he holds the ball, he will turn it over, SDSU is too quick. We need to pass the ball and let Jimmer get his in the flow rather than force it. He'll still get his and they'll be higher %. Just like the game in Provo. If they double team him, he's gotta get rid of the ball fast and pull those help defenders away from the hoop- that's why we KILLED CSU on the boards in spite of a sloppy game.
