Monson's article is a piece of !!!!!!!!!

Monson, the :utard: hitman, wrote an article for the Trib entitled "Leading nation in scoring means jack for Jimmer." By the title, you'd think that it's about THE JIMMER's humility or something positive, but noooooooooo, it's an article that says that THE JIMMER's nation leading ppg is meaningless. For the :utard: , Monson is a useful idiot.



I just had to leave a comment and here it is:

I came home the other day and found my dog doing his business in the middle of the front lawn and when he was done, he flung some dirt on the pile he had left and walked away with a sense of pride that he had done something great. Hmmm, he takes a dump where everybody can see it and is proud of it. I think I'll change his name from Diogi to "The Gordonator."

Cool. Another Monson article I don't have to read. And not having read the article, I may agree. Who cares if you lead the nation in scoring but bow out in the first round. Basketball is about winning. There are no trophies for winning the scoring title in college basketball.

I don't get why Monson is comparing The Jimmer to a bunch of NCAA leading scorers that never got drafted. There's a reason people don't get drafted...it's because it looks like their game won't translate to the NBA. Sure there are questions about whether Jimmer's will transfer or not, but right now it looks like he will be a lottery pick. If you're a lottery pick you're not going to sign an overseas contract. Monson is just making another terrible comparison, anyone surprised?

I think that Monson is postioning himself to be a prophet. If Jimmer doesn't make it, Monson would then be able to say "Look, didn't I predict that." If Jimmer does make it, then Monson wouldn't say anything and what he had said would be forgotten. It's a win-win situation for him.

I can't believe I am commenting about a Monson article. Monson is bringing up all of these past scoring leaders, but I haven't heard of any of them except Douglas, and that is only because he was in the MWC. What college basketball fan in the country hasn't heard of Jimmer? What scoring leaders that have their team in the top 10 have not made it in the NBA. It

I would soil my pantaloons if Jimmer got drafted by the Bobcats. And then I would buy season tickets.



After taking a chance on Adam Morrison, I doubt they take a chance on Jimmer though.

This is the only way that Monson gets any readers. He posts ridiculous things and everyone says "look what this idiot is saying," and everybody logs on to make fun of him. He is the court jester, but it doesn't matter to him as long as he gets paid.

The best is his closing line, something like, "Jimmer may do well in the NBA or he may not." Journalism gold!

I can just hear his idiotic radio voice as I read his crap. I don't know why anyone would pay him to mumble on the radio.

He also said Max Hall shouldn't bother with the NFL that instead working on that he should get ready to hold a clipboard at some high school.

I like the title of this thread because you can basically substitute any word in for "article." Monson's brain is a piece of... etc.
