jvquarterbackMark Cuban's new brainchild. Apparently he had some competition at SDSU's International Sports MBA Case Competition (I'm sure the SDSU MBA team blew it as usual) where they were supposed to come up with a playoff system.
This could potentially work very well for BYU if they are an early adopter like they were being televised on ESPN. Definitely better than the Poinsettia Bowl.
My option stands. Take the four best teams not in conference championships and have them play in Hawaii on the last weekend in December followed with a plus-1 in the new year. Expand to eight teams the following year with week one Thanksgiving weekend.
