Thanks for making your scandal very very obvious. No real-time excuse here, it is obvious to a pre-schooler. This is a terrible conference, and I'm sick of it. Move on and Win Win Win out of this conferanus.



Refs play such a big role in this sport I think they should be part of the post-game interview.

To be honest I didn't even notice the dd and travel, just the backcourt thing so I got over it but when I saw this and highlights of Jimmer falling 4 times I just couldn't take it anymore. BYU better be prepared for some absolute drewish treatment against SDS and NM at home, those are going to be dirty under the table games.

I was watching the game online and the feed hanged up right at that moment. I, as well as the others watching the game with me, figured a BYU player must have tipped the ball before it went back court.



This was a blatant missed call. Then the travel call and then the player picks up the ball, holds it, looks at the ref and starts dribbling again. Insane!



I just hope that with the attention refs opt to pay attention a bit more. The fiasco is getting some ink, the type a ref hates to be associated with.

I was at the game and I only noticed the backcourt---probably because I was too busy thinking/yelling "backcourt" to even notice the double dribble and travel. Crazy stuff, how on earth was nothing called?

If the BYU player did deflect the pass, then there is no over and back. But that doesn't excuse the obvious travel and double/triple dribble while the ref looked at him.



If a ref can't see that, then it's no wonder they can't see Jimmer being fouled.

Not sure, but even if BYU tipped it, the Utah player touched it before going over and that is backcourt, not sure why it would matter that BYU tipped it before the Utah guy tipped it over the halfcourt line.

I think the player knew he had traveled. And collected the ball in frustration and anticipation of the upcoming call. The ref thought it was tipped, disagreed with the Ute's player's interpretation of the call and allowed him to "Start over" since he knew why he had collected the ball.



Kind of like saying "I know you collected the ball only because you thought it was a backcourt foul but since it wasn't, just go ahead."

Posted it to my facebook, and said "If you are disgusted with stuff like this, post if to yours." I suggest you all do the same. We'll see what CC is and isn't capable of. ;)

That was absolutely sickening. I have never seen a more poor display of refereeing than the past 2-3 BYU games. It's been absolutely criminal what teams have been allowed to get away with.
