Jimmer spot on SC

Anybody else catch the Jimmer bit on Sportscenter tonight? They had a whole lead-up to the game highlights with a bunch of "comedy" about how it might be possible to stop Jimmer from scoring (take him to the club and keep him up late, cause inclement weather so the game doesn't happen, etc). It was fun, but it bothered me that they showed three drives to turnovers like that was all he did until nine left in the game. Dude had 23 and five assists, let's get more of those highlights instead!

Jimmer did seem especially unfocused tonight---like having Deron watching him made him self-conscious of everything he was doing. The first half was especially bad, including some drives inside where he lost the ball even though nobody fouled him, not to mention the open threes he passed up and the wild shots he did take (and missed). While he did pull the game out in the end, the turnovers were probably more indicative of how well he played most of the game.



Hopefully he got it all out of his system.
