TCU turns down Wisconsin rematch

Another reason I want BYU to NOT help them out...they still have big holes to fill in 2011.

I would have turned down a 1 and done game at Wisconsin to open teh year as well. I know BYU did it with Ole Miss, but that is Ole MIss. If you are doing a roadie, make it a winnable one. TCU is rebuilding/reloading in 2011 and Wisconsin is not.



As for playing TCU. I would be fine playing them in 2011 in Dallas. Good time to catch those guys in 2011 with no Dalton and having lost some great players, and a neutral field games would be just fine.

Yeah I don't blame them at all. For all the "progress" the non-AQ's have made of late, it seems that teams from the cartel conferences still don't take us seriously. Nevermind that TCU has now joined the haves and they still treat them like an outsider. A "3rd Party" supposedly tried to set this up? Yeah right. No matter how often they get beat, the cartel still wants us to "prove" that we belong. Then they have the gall to throw out the "scared of a rematch" line. Why not schedule the return trip to Fort Worth then Badgers?

And given all the talent TCU lost, it wouldn't have helped them to go and play at Wisconsin.

What girls then. I thought Patterson was a anytime anywhere kind of guy, and with Big Least coming along shouldn't they not give a crap? Especially since their losses will hurt the MWC, that alone would be worth it. Maybe that's really why BYU lost some games.



Anyways, beggars can't be choosers, if they want to fill 3 games, they'd better be willing to risk losing, get some money, use the rebuilding excuse and get some freakin' fans for a change.

I'm not sure how losing and using the rebuilding excuse will help get fans.

well winning didn't help them get fans either. They've had a top 10 team for the last few years and the stadium is STILL empty.



so what do they do? Build an expansion of course!!!

Actually they are taking seats out.

Which is what I would like to see BYU do as well. Rip out all the bleachers, and put in acutal seats. Add some luxury boxes. Make every seat worth more.
