Jimmer's Leadership

I'm interested in thoughts on this topic.

Is Jimmer playing in his own world? Is he the silent leader--the silent, scoring leader? Or does he need to assert his will on this team moreso--ala michael jordan-- and help raise his teammates to higher performance? Or has that already happened and this team, as a team, already peaked?

I know Coach Rose and Rice very much own this team, but it seems like super special teams have an on floor leader as well. Is Jimmer already doing as much as he can in that category? This is not meant in any way as disrespect to Jimmer or some veiled complaint and "awful-izing" after the loss to NM.

Everyone on the team can do better. Jimmer is the team's leader. I think the fans, the coaches, the players and the Jimmer need to avoid over-reacting to one loss.
