There is an argument to be made for Kemba. Unfortunately, his strongest arguments are at the beginning of the season. He's really fallen off since conference started.

The funniest thing is the lack of rational basis here. If Kemba is playing against tougher competition, because of conference, than he is playing with "better players" in his lineup because of that. So he has more help than Jimmer. So which is it?

Right. And now the argument is that the reason his production has dropped off is because his teammates aren't as young and inexperienced as they were when he was carrying them. They've stepped up so Kemba hasn't needed to. Kemba hasn't even been the best UConn player the last month.

So POY should go to Jimmer, and Best Supporting Cast should go to uconn.

Hey, he has made some game winning shots. Jimmer would do well to stop scoring so much against good teams, so that he can take a few game winners too. I mean, 43 and winning the 4th ranked team in the nation by more than 10 can't hold a candle to 16 points on 38% shooting, but hitting the game winner. I mean, stop thinking with your head Kitic - and start thinking with your "heart," and pure adrenaline. Like a sportswriter.
