What is the best way to download a video from youtube?

Real Player.

Go get the most current version, and once you install and restart your browser, moving your mouse over videos will pop up a "Download with Real Player" option.

If not with real player, you can use zamzar.com and convert any video from youtube to a downloadable video file of your choosing.
