Apo Medical Redshirt

When should we hear anything official on Apo being granted a medical redshirt for last season? Should it be this offseason, or do they wait until he is a senior to decide if he gets the year back?

I thought he already got the redshirt, but the scary thing is that the NCAA hates BYU, always have and always will, If I remember correctly, Apo was expected back

I believe the next step for BYU to continue their Indy and mtn breakaway will be to breakaway from the ncaa as well.
