filling coaching positions?

Bronco has stated what he is looking for in a coach based upon his experience this season:



"Perhaps the one underlining lesson learned is that you can't play good football unless you trust each other as players and you trust your coaches.



If there are any divisive elements in your organization, you won't reach your potential. Maybe that's the best lesson I've taken from it and maybe, hopefully, the team has learned the same thing."



Clearly, those who inspire, motivate, lead by example, and can establish a good rapport with the team - i.e. player's coach.



Personalities that fit this mold include: BC, ED, Brian Logan, Luis Wong, Ty Detmer, Chad Lewis, Vai S.,

Then I don't want Detmer. Honestly, if he wants to hold the program hostage, then he's not the kind of coach, leader I want in my program.



Personally, I don't think Ty is that kind of person that he wouldn't respect any timetable Bronco gives him. And I also don't think Ty is coming to BYU after Doman retained QB coach.
