Harbaugh to the 49ers

ESPN reporting that Harbaugh is headed to the 49ers.

a decent QB away from the playoffs. And, no, Alex isn't decent.

Not shocked. Good gig for a coach. Does not uproot family. And his style of play and personality fit with both Singletary and Nolan, so the personnel to start is decent that way for him. Of course, still need a QB....but that division is poor. Chance to win.

5 years, $25million dollars doesn't hurt either. Anyone know what he was making at Stanford? $1.5million/year I think.

With a recruiting pool as limited as BYU's...



Now he has NO recruiting pool, NO GPA's to juggle. Just don't land in jail, and you are on the team.



WAY better gig! Especially if you can get half that money guaranteed...
